Below please add your days per show. You can add up to 3 shows per submission. If you worked more than 3 shows on this pay period, you can submit multiple forms.

You get 2 travel days (travel in and travel out). This is 10 straight hours. Please add them below as work days.
Over/double time.For travel shows, the first 10 hours are straight time, followed by up-to 2 hours of overtime, and then anything else is considered doubletime. For example, if you work 13.5 hours, you would have 10 hours of straight time, 2 hours of overtime, and 1.5 hours of doubletime.
